Communication cannot take place without a giver and a receiver. The most common mistake made by leaders in all realms is failing to understand what their audiences really need.

Listening includes not only hearing the words spoken by someone, but also understanding tone and body language.  This workshop is designed to make stronger communicators by cultivating greater listening skills.
